These gels are designed to provide an edge in gel blasters, especially when it comes to distance and accuracy. They have been tested to work effectively at over 300fps, and some users have even pushed them to over 400fps with impressive results. 

1. Compatibility: These gels are usable in CO2 and green gas pistols, 
2. Barrel Size: The average size of these gels is around 7.2 – 7.4mm, which means that a barrel with a diameter between 7.25mm and 7.5mm is ideal for accuracy and performance.
3. Super Hard: Due to their super-hard nature, these gels don’t compress well or perform optimally in blasters with a tight bore 7.0-7.1mm barrel if the blaster is running at less than 320fps.
4. Optimum Growth Time: These AKA gels typically require around 3 hours of hydration for optimal performance. While they can be soaked in water for an extended period, they will eventually soften and lose the hardness needed for high-powered blasters.
